The Bookstor Fabello programme has produced more than 60 champions and achieved more than eight national specialty wins, with its dogs competing successfully at major all-breed and specialty events across eight countries.
Among its most notable successes is GCHG CH Bookstor Fabello Larksong, bred by K. & H. Spey & A. Oldfield and handled by Ash Oldfield. At the 2025 Westminster Kennel Club Show, Larksong earned Best of Opposite Sex—recognition on one of the sport’s most visible stages.
But individual wins tell only part of the story. The greater measure is consistency: producing dogs with the type, structure, movement, character, and presence to compete at the highest level.

From time to time, puppies become available to carefully selected homes, offering the opportunity to become part of the next generation of Bookstor Fabello.
Availability is intentionally limited. When litters are planned and born, we place puppies with homes that are carefully evaluated for the dog’s individual needs, potential, and long-term future. Current opportunities and upcoming plans are shared on our Available Puppies page.
Every pairing is planned years in advance with a clear goal in mind. We look beyond basic titles, analyzing multi-generational pedigree depth, health clearances, structural alignment, and temperament compatibility to ensure each litter moves the breed forward.
Yes. Many of our puppies are bred specifically with performance and conformation potential in mind. We evaluate each litter closely at key developmental milestones to match show-prospect puppies with competitive handlers and exhibitors.
Absolutely. While our dogs are bred to show-winning standards, our primary commitment is to their lifelong happiness. Most puppies in a litter make exceptional, devoted companion dogs for active households that appreciate the beauty and character of the Pointer.
